Practice times may change once tryouts are complete.  Practice and game schedules for the season will be provided by the coach to all students making a team.  Parent/player meetings will be held with dates to be announced during morning announcements and on the PowerSchool Daily Bulletin. P.I.A.A Physical Form Requirement

• Students planning to participate in a winter sport are required to have a P.I.A.A. Physical Form completed by their physician and returned to the HS/MS main office by November 12.

• Students participating in a winter sport who played a fall G-A sport (volleyball, soccer, golf, football, field hockey, cheerleading, cross country), are required to complete Section 7 of the P.I.A.A Physical Form and returned to the high school main office by the first day of practice/try-outs.

• Students injured during a fall sport that did not return to complete the season, but plan to participate in a winter sport, will need to have a physician complete both section 7 and section 8 of the P.I.A.A. Physical Form. Turn these forms in to the middle/high school main office by the first day of practice/try-outs.  Forms are available online at www.piaa.org. Student Activity Fees

Student activity fees for winter sport participants will be collected on picture day. Picture day for winter sports is currently scheduled for December 4 (time and location to be announced). All student activity fees are non-refundable. Activity fees will be collected as follows:

• $100 per student athlete; $225 yearly individual cap

• Students qualifying for reduced lunch pay $18*

• Students qualifying for free lunch will be exempted from payment*
