GA Spring Sports

P.I.A.A Physical Form Requirement

  • Students planning to participate in a spring sport are required to have a P.I.A.A. Physical Form completed by their physician and returned to the high school main office by February 25, 2026.

  • Students participating in a spring sport who played a fall or winter G-A sport, are required to complete Section 7 of the P.I.A.A Physical Form and return it to the high school main office by February 25, 2026.

  • Students injured during a fall or winter sport, and did not return to complete the season, but plan to participate in a spring sport will need to have a physician complete both section 7 and section 8 of the P.I.A.A. Physical Form. Return these forms to the high school main office by February 26, 2025.

Student Activity Fees

Student activity fees for spring sport participants will be collected on picture day (time/location to be announced). All student activity fees are non-refundable. Activity fees will be collected as follows:

  • $100 per student athlete; $225 yearly individual cap

  • Students qualifying for reduced lunch pay $18*

  • Students qualifying for free lunch will be exempted from payment*

*An approved Free or Reduced Lunch Application and Permission to Share Form must be on file with GASD Food Services for students to qualify for the discounted activity fee. Please click on this link GASD Food Services or visit www.gcasd.org for more information.

Practice times may change once tryouts are complete.  Practice and game schedules for the season will be provided by the coach to all students making a team.  Parent/player meetings will be held with dates to be announced during morning announcements and on the PowerSchool Daily Bulletin.
