We are aware of a PowerSchool e-mail issue and have escalated the issue to PowerSchool’s support team.  This issue looks to be a bug within their most recent software update which was applied toward the end of last week.  Starting Sunday evening into Monday morning, we noticed the first evidence of duplicate e-mails being sent for grades, attendance, and bulletin subscriptions.

 While the multiple e-mails do not appear to be malicious, it is not the expected behavior given the mass number of e-mails received by the parent/guardian.  At this time, we have disabled the notifications portion of PowerSchool per the request of tech support as they continue to troubleshoot.
