Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year. We are ready and excited to have another opportunity to partner with you and your children this year. Our faculty and staff have been working hard throughout the summer to make this a great year of learning and growing.

In an effort to further enhance our record keeping, we are launching two new procedures this year. They replace the method in past years of sending home student information sheets and medical emergency cards for you to review and send back. This year and future years, this information will be collected electronically. If you do not have access to a computer or need assistance in the completion of these forms, please contact your child’s school.

 

RETURING STUDENT INFORMATION:

This information will be collected through InfoSnap. Additional information and directions will be sent both electronically and through a letter sent home with your child on the first day of school. We ask that all the information be reviewed and updated prior to September 2, 2016.

 

EMERGENCY CARD MEDICAL INFORMATION:

This information will be collected through Care Dox. Additional information and directions will be sent both electronically and through a letter sent home with your child on the first day of school. We ask that all the information be reviewed and updated prior to September 2, 2016.

 

Thank you for your attention to the timely completion of the information. These systems communicate directly with PowerSchool, our student management system and help us to be certain that all information is current and correct.
